Bläck Cirkus is an independent project, result of a strong passion and a continuous research. I have asked myself what kind of job I would like to do and whether the current fashion industry was going towards the right path. Clothes are more accessible than ever before, yet you can sense the impoverishment that has taken place with it. We don’t really need to have all those garments, and their durability is often uncertain. When I asked what better alternative could there be I started thinking about my laboratory

My little brand supports a social and sustainable way of doing fashion. Social because by endorsing independent businesses like mine you discourage the exploitation of third world countries labour and sustainable as you consciously decide that durability and quality are more important than the compulsive action of buying that fast fashion has encouraged
